With over 15 years of hands-on experience, I founded Sellner Home Services in 2023 to bring high-quality contracting work to clients who value honesty, craftsmanship, and long-term durability. My inspiration came from seeing the high standard of my work compared to long-time professionals and realizing I could offer the same, if not better. At Sellner Home Services, I combine that quality with a deep passion for helping people and building homes that stand the test of time.
Building science is at the core of everything I do. My goal is for my projects to far outlive me, which means I think about how the work I do today will impact my clients 20, 30, or even 50 years from now. Through ongoing courses and workshops, I stay up-to-date on the latest building methods to ensure that I’m delivering the most durable, sustainable, and energy-efficient solutions possible. By applying proper building science techniques, sustainability and energy efficiency often naturally become part of the work.
What sets Sellner Home Services apart is a commitment to transparency and honesty. If mistakes happen, I’m upfront about them and fix them quickly. My ideal clients are those who have a vision for their dream home but need guidance on how to get there, and I love bringing those visions to life.

Hey, I’m Ethan. Born in 2004, I’ve always loved working with my hands—whether it was tinkering with tools or taking things apart just to see how they worked. My passion for building really took off in 2023 when my dad and I remodeled our old family home, and from that experience, we decided to start our own business together.
Beyond construction, I’m really into flying—though I haven’t taken to the skies just yet, I’ve spent a lot of time on flight simulators, learning the ropes. It’s something I look forward to pursuing more seriously one day. When I’m not on the job, you’ll probably find me working on cars or helping out my family and church with whatever they might need. I love staying involved and lending a hand wherever I can.
Working alongside my dad has been an awesome experience. He’s shown me the ropes, and together, we’re able to combine his years of expertise with my fresh take on things. Whether it's a small repair or a full remodel, we approach every project like it’s personal—because for us, it really is.
